I did this workout earlier today and I LOVED IT!!!! I just came back on here to read the comments (something I like to do) and I saw the description of the video and it says Victoria's Secret models use this to stay fit. This gives me lots of
hope that I will look thinner/more toned within a few weeks! I'll be doing this every other day and I'll let you know my results every Friday for those who are interested.

You treat people like idiots with this – it's a really basic routine. Just do it at tempo a bunch of times so people can catch on and get a real workout. Way too much slowing down and stopping.
